About this home
Ever tried to park on a Cincinnati hill in January? This 1920s house sits on a flat cul-de-sac in Oakley, and you will notice the difference the first icy morning.
Two bedrooms upstairs, a queen in the primary and a full bed in the second, with two full bathrooms. The partially finished basement is the part guests talk about afterward: a second living room with a sectional, a home office with a desk, an ergonomic chair and an external monitor, and a bath with a rainfall shower. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a coffee bar with a Keurig and a drip machine. Out back you get a fenced yard with mature trees, a deck with a dining table and a Weber gas grill, and a front porch out front. Washer and dryer in the basement, one off-street parking spot at the top of the driveway, central heat and air. Hardwood floors, arched doorways and a decorative fireplace survived the renovation. Pets are not accepted at this one.
