What happens on it

We look at where your bookings come from now, and whether a business contract is a realistic next step for you. If it is, I tell you how the sixty days would run for you. If it is not, I say so, and I tell you what I would do first instead. There is no second call and no proposal to wait for.

Who should not book one

If you have one property, or you want someone else to make the calls for you, this is the wrong thirty minutes and I would rather you kept them. I work with ten operators at a time, so a call that was never going to go anywhere costs someone else theirs.

Bring three things: your city, how many properties you run, and the longest stay you have ever had.
