Our Story
Roadmap Lodging was founded on a simple insight: professionals relocating for work, traveling nurses, and business teams deserve better than generic hotels or complicated apartment leases.
We built a platform that connects vetted, furnished homes with guests who need flexibility, comfort, and community during extended stays.
We operate homes of our own, rated 4.8+ across 60+ guest reviews on Google and Airbnb, and we partner with property owners and businesses who want the same standard. We are not the biggest operator in the country, and that is the point: everything here is something we do ourselves.

Before Roadmap Lodging, co-founder Jorge Garcia spent his career on the global internal controls team of a Fortune 200 company, mapping how large organizations actually make and approve decisions: process flows, hand-offs, stakeholders, and who signs.
That is the background we bring to corporate housing, and it is why we can work inside a company's procurement and approval process instead of around it. It is also why we still operate homes of our own: the process only stays honest if you are the one doing it.
